Thanks KenB, I actually reached that tool right after posting this. It is useful indeed.

But if other have any other ideas/tips/comments feel free to share.

Edit: and as probably Google counts complete page load time there (including all images, etc) it says 6.7 seconds, and it says estimation is high accuracy with 1000 data points.
