It's not a ruling, it's a settlement. On the other hand, think of the doors that have been opened for others claiming accessibility issues. Later on, Target may wish it had spent much more than $6 million and put a lot more effort into squashing this effort. FarmBoy
I'm not sure i agree with this ruling... Think of how amazing of a website they could have made for $6 million, hmm.
