Does anyone know of any decent books, guides or checklists to test and score the user experience of websites?

What I'm after is a tool based around a primary user sitting down at the target browser doing common web tasks like browsing products and buying, posting to forums and social networks, finding info etc. rather than the accessibility or mark up guidelines.
