I own "230 Tips and Tricks for Better Usability Testing". It really has valuable tips but they are for people who have experience with performing tests.

I think I need something more comprehensive, like a guide for a beginner. The latest book from J. Nielsen is excellent, it covers many topics but not much about testing.
