Hi,
I'm an amateur interested in usability and I want to learn about the testing process and eventually to implement it at my work place. I want to buy one of the following books but I'm not sure which one is best:

1. Handbook of Usability Testing: How to Plan, Design, and Conduct Effective Tests - www.amazon.com/gp/product/0471594032/ref=wl_it_dp/103-9072325-4770238?ie=UTF8&coliid=I2873QZOGZK78C&colid=2COCK2SNWH3V0

This is book is recommended on Jacob Nielsen's web site, however it's from 1994.

Can you recommend one of these or another book that you find comprehensive enough to start trying usability testing at your company?
