Hey all,

I am designing a new tour reservation form on our website.

I was under the impression that users hated web forms, but most if not all competitor websites seem to have them. Perhaps it is the bunch of unecessary info that they have to fill out that annoys people.
I intend to include a bunch of starter text explaining the process of filling in the form and mentioning that we can send a digital form as an attachment if people so require.

In particular I am wondering - would it be better if there was a text field for the address instead of text boxes for individual street, town, post code?

Any other tips and recommendations you have for creating a clear form? Thanks!
