If there is one thing that really gets under my skin when it comes to usability, its links that are not underlined. Don't get me wrong, there are times when links not being underlined works. What doesn't work is making the links the same color as your copy. Or, using a shade of color that is too close to the color of your copy. For example; #000000 for copy and #333333 for non-underlined links. And for those of you who think making the links a shade of red or green, that doesn't work either. In the United States, 7-10% of men have red-green color blindness. Overall, 1.3% of the United States population has some form of color blindness. Why take the chance? If I find that I have to scrub your page with my cursor to find links to other content, c'ya!
