Let me start off by saying I definitely have a bias away from scrolling divs and/or iframes. However, the graphic artist insists it is wonderful and he wants me to use it. What are your thoughts, positive or negative, about the usability/accessibility of scrolling divs? I've seen enough places that scream "Kill'em" but don't go into detail on why.
