After verifying that my card was working again I went in there and first just tried to save the card again and got a generic error message. Next I tried to add the same card again, which it did. Of course I figured it would just overwrite a card of the same number, silly me; it just put it in there twice. However the account still showed as "On Hold". So I called support where a very pleasent person told me sometimes it takes up to 24 hours to come off hold. Of course he also said sometimes it just takes 1/2 an hour. Shouldn't support know when CC's are billed. This all brings me to my main frustration with Adcenter. I want to give them more money but they seem to be doing everything in their power to prevent that. Due to a lack of competitors my ads are converting at an amazing level, I'd shovel as much ad $ as I could at them if they would let me. After they setup my account using my Google campaigns and they were running for almost two weeks their system freaked out and rejected 75% of my ads (about 300 ads), I have yet to hear back from them on the appeal I filed two weeks ago. Now even though I have a valid CC they don't know when or how it will get charged and my account will come back. Isn't the point of a PPC system to make money? They seem to have a funny way of going about it.
I just had a similar situation but our balance wasn't so big. Due to a bank problem (yes it really was), our corporate cards were paused yesterday. Of course Adcenter tried to bill about $500 and it was declined, this morning I get an e-mail saying go in and edit the account to bring it current.
