Question 2: Existing negative keyword lists will continue to behave as phrase match without any modification, so you won’t need to go round all your campaigns adding quotes. Advertisers should consider adding all new phrase match negatives with quotes to help them keep consistent w/ what they might be doing on Google which uses similar notation.
Question 3: This is a known issue with the negative keyword conflict feature and being looked into.This is a display issue only (ie just the notifications in the UI) and does not seem to be affecting the delivery of ads.
Question 4: We tested and rolled this feature our gradually, but as with all things, no code is perfect. We’ll be rectifying this as soon as we’re able.
