There is a real problem with Adcenter where traffic just declines on a daily basis, it starts high and dries up. Its not a new problem its been around since I can remember.
Its probably related to ad evaluation, ctr and other factors but makes using the system like trying to extract blood from a stone.
Customer support are very polite but the other big problem is that they are often outsourced personnel and do not talk to technical, quality and other departments. You feel CS are informed on a need to know basis and thus they have little useful info to pass on to frustrated customers.
