The issue that I'm writing about (sudden tanking of impression stats for Microsoft AdCenter customers) appears to have been heavily discussed already, but the latest posting seems to be 11-12-2010, so I'm basically wondering if anyone has any new information.
The specifics of my particular case are below:
I just started a week ago on a small-scale with Microsoft AdCenter to try it out and I was psyched about the first day's results, in which my ads were seen over 23,000 times.
Two days later, with my account depleted, I added more money, hoping to continue the status quo.
The next day, I check my stats and I have ZERO impressions.
Since then, I've talked to six different AdCenter employees -- with the number six being 4 greater than the number of impressions that my ads have had during that time.
Everyone kept giving me "solutions" that sounded sure to work -- and none of them made any difference whatsoever.
My question is: Should I give up on AdCenter and look elsewhere?
Are the golden days (or in my case the golden DAY) likely to return or is the new reality of high CPCs and low impressions likely to stay around post-merger?
Thanks for any feedback!
