I am a Premium Account Member (X1497821) and everything was going great until yesterday morning when the ads stopped running. (I have been running ads on MSN for years now.)
This past weekend, I broke out my campaigns to three targets:
1. Yahoo & Bing Only
2. Search Partners Only
3. Content/Display Network
After doing this I noticed that I wasn't really getting any traffic from the Search Partners. The other groups seemed to be doing OK, although there was a moderate decline in traffic.
Then the following morning everything stopped. I tried calling my Ad Rep yesterday and today and also sent an email. I have not heard back from her. I called MSN Support and they couldn't figure out why my ads weren't showing and said I would need to get in touch with my ad rep. The ticket number she gave me was 1142156431
Thanks for any help you can give me with this.
