Thanks for calling support, that's absolutely the most helpful thing any advertiser can do at this point; the more detail the support staff has to work with, the closer they'll get to resolving this delivery issue.

If it's any consolation, as we "speak" I'm writing up a detailed report of the issues we're seeing both in this thread and in one on the MSA Community forums that will be escalated to managers across the support teams for visibility into how this is affecting our advertisers.

As soon as I have an update on this issue, I'll report back.
