I just meant that it was something the support team had deployed a fix for, as opposed to something that was still an ongoing investigation, or an "open" issue.
Unfortunately it seems that the fix is not helping all customers and so further investigation is needed. For the time being, the best thing anyone experiencing this issue can do is contact support:
