After posting this onto Microsoft adCenter forum I got an email earlier today that made a call to all people experiencing a problem with having account paused. The email said "Please Contact Support so we can verify why your accounts are in pause status"
I already did it three times and the support kept telling me to contact Yahoo rep!
I'm not doing one step two times here simply because I'm stubborn in this particular case.
Microsoft: Fix it if you want. I'm not doing anything.
