After two days, I contacted support again just to be told that actually a guy from Yahoo takes care of my account. I have never heard about that individual, nor his name matches the name in my accounts, which, BTW, I've never heard of either.
Anyhow, Microsoft did not help at all, but just told me to call that guy who could help me fix this.
So Microsoft, if you don't need my money, I don't need your service. I won't bother about my accounts with you anymore. Plus, I'm going to stop my Yahoo accounts now.
Seeing how things are going, who knows what else could happen.
