I have linked several of my customers accounts, but one account didn't have the transition button, instead having a notice to contact my rep or support. This account had a balance in the area of $5,000, so I was eager to ensure that balance transferred.

After numerous attempts, I finally got an answer yesterday from a Yahoo rep that while they had planned to transfer the balances, for legal reasons they will not be transferred, but instead will be credited back to credit cards, or where the card had expired a check mailed.
