Ok I have seen some additional problems.
1) A number keywords were added as "#NAME" (now deleted)
2) Ad groups with slightly different names were just added as additional ad groups
3) Ad-groups with the same name were merged (The duplicate Keywords were skipped - yeah), but identical ads from yahoo added, doubling the number of ads (now deleted).
