MSN's CPC prices are REALLY, REALLY high. I'd say 30% more than Google for the same positions/rankings and the conversion is not better (slightly lower). It's still worth advertising, I just had a hard time paying MORE when conversion is not better than Google. Their pricing I believe has many, many flaws which keeps most of the biggest online retailers off MSN Adcenter.
