Pre-Bing,Googlewas 80%of my Search Engine Referals with Bing Google is 83.02%an increase of 3.98%
Live and MSN were were5.07%of my Search Engine Referals with Bing they are 0.38% a decrease of 92%.Which is to be expected.
Yahoo was 10% of my Search Engine Referals pre Bing. With Bing Yahoo is 8.76% a decrease of -10.45%
In my case it appears as if Bing is taking from Yahoo opposed to Google.
I added Live and MSN pre Bing and compared to post Bing
Search referals from MS after Bing is up 45% which is ok with me.

Numbers form Analytics using past 30 days vs a 30 picture pre Bing.
