1. Adcenter doesn't require Office
2. Adcenter doesn't require Windos
3. Adcenter doesn't require IE
4. Adcenter doesn't require you to use this
5. Nothing stops you or anyone else from becoming an adcenter partner to develop 3rd party interfaces for PPC management.
