I was using the Adcenter Quicklaunch service, and while I was still testing the waters I had my bids set at 5c. Now I just saw the credit card bill and got a nasty shock, so I went into the account and saw my dynamic keyword insertion adgroups (two out of a whole load of groups) have an average cpc of over 30c!?

I didn't set it at that price and I didn't tell anyone to set it at that price. Its not profitable at that price.

Anyone else have this issue? Anyone know the proceedure for getting a refund from Adcenter?
