As much as I like MSN Adcenter (not much any more too slow) they don't have the traffic to run a good campaign. You need to be so broad to get traffic but then you loose being totaly targeted and that is one of the reasons online marketing can be successful.

These tools should help however MSN need more traffic to be able to move forward.
