Actually, at this point, I don't think MSN is quite ready for the business we want to want to bring them; I think we're going to cancel everything and wait for it to become 'prime time'. We risk having our competitors get in ahead of us, but it's just not workable at this point. I can't even view the help files or half of the site, and apparently support can't tell me why, even though I've sent them screen shot after screen shot of the error messages having to do with Passport and LiveID that I'm seeing. I can't get information on the status of my appealed keywords, I can't tell how much exactly is being spent in any kind of a 'real world' fashion, I can't reply to emails from support in Outlook because their email headers are misconfigured - everything adds up. I have thousands of keywords and pretty much an unlimited budget - but the one thing I have limits on is time. And this takes too much time.
