I just got into this for the first time today. I have three clients with virtually unlimited budgets for this (we're spending $60k per month on Yahoo and Google now) but given the clumsiness of the interface, the length of time for campaigns to be reviewed (it's been hours and hours and they're still pending) and some of the other little quirks and differences, I don't think we'll be using MSN. Now I can see why there are so few of our competitors there now. They gave up in frustration.
