AdCenter is a MESS. No Reports, NON Technical customer service and NO Discounts. At least with Google and Yahoo I get Reports and customer service that knows what a report is. After talking with 3 support people, including a floor supervisor all I got was we will relay this to the support team. Oh one lady said I should increase my bid on my keywords (must be on commission). I told her where are my reports so I can evn know were they rank. Her rely was OH you need reports? On top of all this we get to pay the same as everyone else and get less than 1/10 the exposure of Google and Yahoo. Microsoft again does not have a clue how to enter the PPC market or who their customer is.
