i would suggest signing up for Quick Launch. You get a dedicated rep for 30 days, they migrate everything and get it set up for you. you can sign up here (https://advertising.msn.com/microsoft-adcenter/quicklaunch/signup) and you'll hear from them about 48 hours after they receive your form.
