I used them. They used to have flat monthly fee ($50/month) for the service which was good deal for websites with high page views. After they switch to flat fee plus extra fee for every 1000 page views over 100K. At that moment I decided to switch. To my luck Google just offered free Analytics so I switched and never looked back. DeepMetrix wasnt bad but it got expensive after they canceled the flat fee service. I guess they have lost tons of customers due to that change and even more due to Google. Januuski
