This is a silly question but I'll ask it anyway.
If I have access to a machine, is it possible to edit the fields of a database without SQL? For instance, editing a flat file with the values?
Working with a Historian database that has tables that insert/update does not work on, for any level of administrator. I'm running out of ideas on how to change fixed values in a table.
