They do! It's just not open to the public, and has pretty stringent requirements. They have both a content and a search product. YPN will be open to the public. But their existing publisher products will stay as well. I know of several people personally that are receiving tens of thousands of dollars in refunds per month from Adwords because of really bad Adsense sites. You may have great sites, TI, but there is a LOT of crap out there. You mean like MSN? Gut feeling: YPN will be more limited in scope and better policed than Adsense.
Also as Over/Yahoo still doesn't have a viable publisher program in place it's not even a fair comparison. AdSense publisher The content junk that Over has and the sites it calls "search partners" are indicative of their general philosophy. Most rejects from Adsense would apply for YPN as the last resort.
