It will likely rotate back to you as it falls for me. I believe the glitch they talk about was slowness in the delivery of ads and stats upkeep - not a low revenue issue.
Please note that there is no system-wide drop in earnings. Some folks, like me, are experiencing all time highs. Today will be the highest revenue day.
