I want to change Google Adsense advertising to Yahoo Search Marketing.
I have tried to be registered in service, but to me the letter has come:

Thank you for your interest in the Yahoo! Publisher Network beta program. This is to confirm that your information will be stored in our database and be considered for the beta program.

And no more letters/answers etc.

How to get Yahoo! Publisher Network account ?
Can i contact to Yahoo! Publisher Network account by phone ?
