What are my chances of being accepted by YPN?

Wouldn't know about that.

How long will the process take?

Took 3 days for me to be accepted. I got in at the start though.

Is there any guess as to how the revenue will compare?

I can only speak for myself, of course. I ran a 24 hour test 5 days ago on a handful of fairly well travelled pages. 17,000 impressions. CTR was less than 1% (actually quite a bit less but I don't want to get too specific - their targeting has always sucked). Total clicks: Less than 30. Total earnings: Less than $3.00. Maybe if I'd left them up longer.. who knows? 24 hours was about all I could take though.

I thought I'd give it one more shot. I made a pretty fair amount of money with YPN when they first came out. 3 figures daily and it remained consistent for several months. They gradually took more and more of the pie until I was earning less with them than I would with adsense. At that point it was time to go.

There are some having much greater success than that though.
