Has anyone else experienced a major drop in earnings and CTR? Traffic to the site has remained constant but earnings have dropped right off.

I'm speculating that Yahoo Publisher is no longer paying on international visitors? I understand that they don't want you to target international visitors, but we used to get paid on their clicks.

I would love to hear from somebody who has an YPN account rep.
