I switched to AdSense and will stay that way for the rest of this month, and will then try YPN again in November.

Why not use both? My site has YPN ads on pages that performed poorly with AdSense. They're not generating much revenue with YPN ads, but at least they're not making my site as much of a target for Google's SmartPricing.
