Dear YPN reps or those who know the answers

As we have not heard much from YPN lately wonder if you could clarify a few questions

1. Is there a guide re % of USA only traffic a site has before we should put YPN on 60%, 70%, 80%, 90% or more

2. Is there a time out period if we have not used YPN when the account is closed

3. Has the targetting improved in the last 6 months so not all adds wherever shown are Vonage
