My big question is "What's in it for me?"

As far as I can see they want you to implement it into your sites which may (will) draw people into their own search system and PPC ads.

In it's initial phase they are not offering any remuneration for this.

Why would anyone want to jeopardise their AdSense earnings just to send clicking customers to Yahoo?

They start their e-mail off by saying that they will be testing "a new platform" and "in the meantime" they are offering this "free" test. The $5000 is based on the best site incorporation of this new tool.

Think I'll just sit on the sidelines for now.
