make take on this [insert long legal disclaimer about me not being a lawyer etc] is that we can't put it on the same page as Adsense but we can put it on another page of the same site if it does not look like an Adsense ad or like it is from Google, which I'd subjectively say these ads do not.

So we should be able to put this on some pages without upsetting G, but then again maybe we can expect a T&C change.
