Exactly, I had the same experience. Yahoo's targeting is horrible and they need to stop shoving refinance ads down publisher's throats all the time...I wish we could block ALL ads like refinance, mortgage, etc., etc. PLUS, Yahoo! didn't show ads on some pages...which is a no-no if you have great content and there are blank spots...looks bad for the users as well.
