Since I, like everybody on here, want to maximize the revenue from my site I was curious if anybody had any experience with Yahoo's RSS ads for RSS feeds.

I run my sites with a CMS that gives me a feed, and I'm pretty sure that quite a few sites have picked up on this feed (I'll have to check around)

SO, is it worth my time to try to integrate the ad into the feed, or do the people picking up on the feed just strip the ad anyway?

Also, does it screw with their TOS if I'm displaying a Yahoo ad in my feed, and they have Google on their page? I do want more money, but I don't want to cost anybody their AdSense account. I also don't want to throw ads in my feed if it's not really worth my time.
