As I said in another thread, going international won't solve anything for the publishers, it will only decrease the earnings.

And I've said this too. The simple fact of the matter is that YPN can't go international right now because they just don't have the publisher base. This extended beta period isn't to refine the program, it's to hopefully gain them enough time to garner sufficient international interest to make the whole thing worthwhile.
