I get higher paying clicks on YPN but fewer clicks because the ads are so poorly targeted compared to adsense. I was just trying to point out the absurity of the fact yahoo says no non us traffic. I think what they mean is to not have a site that is geared toward non us traffic. I don't think anybody has a site that does not get non us traffic. I'm sure they have some sort of percentage they look at.
