Hmm, as a followup: I called Yahoo and they said that AdBrite wasn't specifically forbidden or specifically allowed. They said either it's a mistake by the review staff (which seems unlikely) or else it's another ad program that caused the problem.

The only other thing I can think of is that I'm displaying Google Ads to non-US traffic. They never display on the same page at the same time as YPN ads.

Could this have somehow triggered an error?
