When their targeting is as good as AdSense, I will be converting my entire site to Y. The number one reason is being fed up with smart pricing and the penny clicks that come with it. Right now I have Y on about ten pages of my 300 page site. AdSense is on the rest.
My only complaint with Y is the poor targeting.
