I think the biggest challenge will for Yahoo to get enough varied ads to make context ads work. I was just noticing today that the ads on the pages of Yahoo groups are not well matched. Mostly I'm on hobby related groups and topics that have plenty of well matched ads in adsense are not getting any matched ads at all in the Yahoo ads shown in Yahoo Groups.
