Several posts in this thread refer to perhaps Y will upstage G by offering direct deposits. But what I totally fail to comprehend is why in the world G (or anyone else for that matter) would NOT already have direct deposit capacity? After all, Adsense has been here going on 2 yrs this summer, that's an eternity in terms of the web.

Even Ma and Pa businesses offer direct deposit paychecks, what in the world is the big deal especially when you consider the very high costs of mailing out checks manually, MUCH greater than electronic communications of funds. Very odd?
