It's just there to bring more diversity hence a wee bit more security in this fragile business. Locking out all non US traffic lol .. Sounds like a chinese policy ;)
About time that this hits Europe ... although I am not holding my breath that Yahoo! ist that much nicer/better than Google on the long run.
