lucy, I think those numbers are meaningless and inflated to get you signed up for the services.

I have a domain registered in 1999(NetSol), hosted on the same server with the same IP and 2 Name servers(IPs of those did not change either). The person who runs the hosting service is a personal friend. In 2002 I prepaid for 10 years ahead for domain registration(again NetSol).

And here what the show:

Registrar History: 1 registrar(OK)
NS History: 12 changes on 4 unique name servers over 9 years.(ooops)
IP History: 9 changes on 4 unique IP addresses over 7 years.(ooops)

or maybe i dont get whats displayed on the screen, which i highly doubt.
