It never ceases to amaze me how many new and profitable business models are being based upon externalizing costs, i.e., getting something for "free". UCE - Unsolicited Commercial Email. UGC - User Generated Content. Now there's UCE3: User Contributed Electricity, Electronics and Electronic Data Exchange. Time to coin a new phrase having to do with meeting the growing costs of feeding and funding the expenses of the "free Web". Something other than bankruptcy. :(
